The apartment was completely stripped out and structural alterations made to provide a revised layout. Complete M&E installation was renewed, new acoustic floors, ceilings and plastering throughout completed with new bathrooms, joinery, kitchen and decorations providing a Study/Den, Living Room, 2 Bedrooms, En-suite and Guest Bathrooms, Utility and 2 Corridors.
The building managers requested all site traffic including deliveries and waste used the shared common entrances, landings and stairs resulting in detailed Health and Safety Management on Site.
The complete refurbishment was completed over 26 weeks.
