Riverside Clubhouse, Stratford-upon-Avon
New build, based in Warwickshire.
Riverside Clubhouse is a new log shell and timber frame structure, which is constructed over a piled steel transfer frame, to raise the superstructure above the flood plane of the River Avon, which is located immediately adjacent to the site.
The project is unique in its design and includes solid Spruce log shell construction, a zinc and cedar roof, glazing and curtain wall systems, to form conferencing facilities over 2 floors, restaurant bars and a commercial kitchen.
Desertoak were the main contractors for this one in a life time project.
