Desertoak completed the refurbishment of a large public lobby at the Australian Embassy, known as the Australia Centre.
The works involved extensive demolitions of all finishes and the removal of external windows and the existing ballastic lobby.
A new ballistic lobby was installed by a specialist company from Northern Ireland.
All other finishes and services were replaced, including a new security office, marble flooring, joinery, lighting, air conditioning, a full AV package, plus extensive external works to the façade.
All other areas of the building remained open throughout the works, which were completed to a high specification under tight security parameters.
