This stunning Grade II listed apartment is located on the 5th to 7th floor, over a commercial building in Pall Mall.
A new extension was constructed on the 5th and 6th floors, which was predominately a steel frame with a Portland stone cladding and a bespoke sliding glass roof.
The internal works were completed over 40 weeks with the refurbishment of all finishes and the full replacement of all services, to a very high specification.
Although the premises were unoccupied, this was a particularly challenging project as we are above occupied offices, therefore all noisy works were extremely restricted.
