100 Eaton Square, Belgravia, London
This luxury apartment, located in Belgravia, has been completely refurbished.
Desertoak were appointed to complete a major refurbishment of the apartment at 100 Eaton Square.
This is a lateral apartment over the first and second floors, covering some 8,000 square feet.
This project involved careful protection of all existing finishes, a new heating and AV system, a new commercial kitchen, the replacement of all silk wall coverings, repairs and re-polishing of the original doors and fireplaces, new bathrooms, fibrous plaster repairs and specialist decorations, which were completed by DKT Artworks.
Desertoak worked closely with the designer Alberto Pinto to create a property of unprecedented high end finishes
Specialist contractors were appointed from France to install the stretched silk to the walls and install the Paris produced hand made carpets.
The neighboring apartments remained occupied so our team had to be very conscious of noise, dust and other residence.
