British Pregnancy Advisory Service (BPAS) Clinics and Offices, Newcastle upon Tyne

Over the last 10-years we have carried out full and partial refurbishments of Offices and Clinics for BPAS nationwide. These works include the refurbishment of Wards, Theatre’s and Consultation Suites. We also carry out minor works and maintenance items, on a regular basis, to many of their Clinics and Offices.

Percy Gee Building, Leicester UniversityPercy Gee Building, Leicester University

Desertoak Ltd were contracted by Morgan Ashurst East Midlands Branch, to undertake the builders work, structural openings and steelwork supports through the Percy Gee building. We also undertook many other smaller items, which often required immediate attention. The main project value is approximately £15 million.

St Ambrose R.C. School

We constructed a new Reception, Entrance and Foyer with a secure entry system. Converted the existing Headmaster’s Office in to the new Reception and Office, and also converted the Staff Room in to the new Headmaster’s Office, including new bespoke storage units and cupboards, finishes and services. We also altered an existing Classroom and storage cupboard in to the new Staff Room and Staff Toilet. The works commenced whilst the school was open, then completed during the school holidays.  

St Peters R.C. Junior School, Gloucester

We were contracted to construct a new link-passageway between two existing buildings,the infant school and the junior school, built in re-constituted Cotswold stone blocks.

This involved altering and working in existing rooms to both buildings, with minimal disruption to the Staff and Pupils. Access was across the school playing fields and required a complete Aluminium temporary access road, which was suitable for diggers, dumper trucks and large delivery vehicles, without damaging the existing landscaping.

The first few weeks works were carried out whilst the school was open, then completed during the school holidays.

St Catherines RC Primary School, Chipping Camden

We fitted practical child friendly, new low-level toilets, vanity units and cubicles for the little children.
