When Desertoak secured the Cheltenham based project we were faced with a disused chapel, flats that had fallen into disrepair and a shop unit. Our task was to strip out, knock through and refurbish the property then, after major structural works, fit out as a two storey theme bar/bazaar and restaurant with staff accommodation above and cellar below. The concept of theme bar with bazaar (artifacts for sale) and multicultural menu was a fresh new challenge and the results are spectacular.
