TV personality chef Ken Hom inspired a new wave of eating houses providing freshly prepared food cooked on gas woks in full view of the customers. Desertoak have transformed newly built empty concrete shells into bright colourful restaurant bar and kitchens becoming Yellow River Cafe outlets.
